Got this is 12oz bottle in a recent trade with mjl21 aka Mike...thanks!

A- Pours a nice hazy golden amber-orange color. One finger off white head that died down rather quickly leaving little small watery lacing that slides down the glass. Sediment is suspended in the beer that you can see when held up to the light.

S- Upon first sniff I can detect a lot of sweet bready malts. This is balanced out with some citrus hops (mostly grapefruit). Can detect a small alcohol presence in the tail end of the aroma. Good smelling pale ale.

T- Upon first sip a slight bitter hop taste hits the palate followed by almost right away with a sweet almost caramel tasting malts. The later half of the beer body heeds a small alcohol taste with some citrus hops ending. A very enjoyable taste. This beer has a very slight almost metallic taste I noticed the firsts couple of sips but went away about a quater of the way into this beer. Other than that I have nothing bad at all to say about the taste of this well balanced and put together beer.

M- This is a light mouthfeel beer. Actually I would even say this is a crisp and refreshing beer. Carbonation is pretty perfect with this letting the beer to glide almost perfect across the palate. The tounge is left with a nice light hop bitterness to it paired up with a light malty taste as well. Overall I am suprised by this beers mouthfeel.

D- I am glad Mike sent me this beer. I was told they don't bottle much but I really think they should reconsider that move. Although this beer isn't over the top which I like in beers it is a very well put together and balanced beer. If given the chance I would love to try some of their other beers in a second.

Medium amber color was topped by a thick off white head. Lacing was in attractive rings. Nice subtle hop aroma with similar tste profile. Nothing real fancy or special but very refreshing. Good mouthfeel and the hop finish which was slightly grapefruity, lingered just the right amount of time. Enjoyable beer with the right company, at the right time.

On-tap at the brewhouse. They also sell bottles of this beer.

A: Served a golden yellow with a thin short-lived off white head. Decent lace.
S: Grassy hops with just a hint of skunk and caramel.
T: Good grassy flavor with a touch of citrus and caramel malt. I get a tiny bit of grapefruit pith in the finish along with minerally seltzer water.
M: Medium body, low soda-like carbonation, with a fairly viscous mouthfeel. It’s not super clean but it’s smooth.
O: Not earth shattering, and I’m not sure if the skunk I smell on the nose isn’t my brain tricking me (since there is no sunlight in here), but overall this was a pretty straightforward pale ale.
