A-Pours akin to cranberry juice but perhaps a bit less concentrated. Mild bubbly head dies and fizzes away. Body of the beer is hazy. Barely any lacing.

S-Sour cherries and oak. Wheat and Brett. Quite tart and funky in the nose. Very attractive and complex. Was kinda blown away by the beer's nose.

T-More of the same. The flavors are heavy on cherries and other tart red fruits. The oak mingles well with the fruit and the Brett really kicks in as well. Oaky on the back end.

M-Medium body. Fuller for a Wild Ale. Bubbly like a sparkling wine. Very quenching. Alcohol masked perfectly.

O/D-One of the best beers I tried at the VT briefest. Absolutely delicious. Complex and tart. What a fine surprise. Great brew by Dieu Du Ciel!
