A- hazy darker yellow body, two finger white head with good retention, effervescent and fluffy. Rings of lacing.

S- lemon, citrus, sweet Belgian candied sugar, mild funk

F- on the sweet side. Candied sugar sweetness, lemony acidity about 5/10, musty hay, dry funkiness, citrusy tartness separate from the acidity. Again, on the sweet side.

M- medium body, good carbonation, easy drinking wild that isn't too sour although it is quite a bit sweeter than I expected.

O- very similar to the other GI sours in that this is on the sweet side of the style but the acidity and tartness are more on spot here than in the others. Pretty good.

A - Hazy golden yellow with a small white head to it

S- Good balance of funk and tartness. Light farmhouse funk to it with tart lemon and light white vinegar

T - Up front there is light lemon and sweettarts. Then, there is a mild and not overpowering barnyard funk to it. Light grassy presence. Finish is farmhouse saison with light vinegar tartness

M - Light carbonation with a slight mustiness. Finish is slightly dry

O - Nice wild from Goose that really highlights the light mustiness and farmhouse aspects that Brett can bring balanced with some light tartness

A: Golden with a little haze.

S: Funk, barnyard, tart lemons and citrus.

T: Wasn't expecting to like this as much as I did. I could drink glass after glass of this and not get tired of it. The wheat aspect adds a really soft aftertaste after the initial punch of tart and funky goodness. Very smooth and extremely delicious.

M: Very nicely carbonated, not too heavy and just perfect.

O: I love sour, brett beers and this was fantastic. Nick has really impressed me with this last two releases and was happily surprised at how awesome this beer was. Just an awesome sour, citrus bomb. Hope they stash a couple kegs for surprise tappings later down the road.

750 mL bottle poured into snifter.

Appearance - Clear golden body. Small white head. Settles out quickly. Looks rather lifeless after a while.

Smell - Sourdough, citrus, oak. Vanilla. Bourbon barrel? I think that's bourbon. A bit of acidity there, too.

Taste - Sharper tang to it. Grainy wheat. Sourdough flavor again. Citrus. Lots of vanilla. Acetic sourness in the back. Earthy finish.

Mouthfeel - Heavy. Moderate sourness. Medium low carbonation.

Overall - Very interesting beer. Some aspects I don't like are a little intense.

Enjoyed in a tulip glass.

Appearance - Hot damn is this a fine looking beer. Fantastic gold hue, super clean and clear

Smell - Loved the smell of this. Great citrus aroma that stings nostrils.

Taste - I really enjoyed this one. Super tart forward, nice oaky finish. Great citrus notes. To steal a phrase from FFF, "a wheat [flavor] that doesn't suck."

Mouth - Maybe a tad over carbonated. With this kinda of style though, it kind of works.

Over - A fantastic beer. I liked this one a lot. Hopefully I'll be able to find it again on draft.
