Brown/black hue.
Minimal tan head; minimal lace.
Vanilla, fresh roasted coffee, milk chocolate & espresso bean nose...holy shit this has a bold nose!
Thick, creamy mouthfeel.
Espresso & vanilla blast up front, milk chocolate & even more vanilla on the finish.
No subtlety here, an over-the-top, sweet monster. Still, this works for me, as I love (crave?!) these notes. Brewed with lactobacillus, a wild yeast.

A: like fine dark chocolate when you see it you know you're in for a treat, Black and impermiable to light, no head or lacing.
S: AJ hit it on the head Cordial Cherries are on the nose with a strong coffee presence, reminded me of fresh ground michigan cherry infused coffee.
T: Strong Coffee and maple presence with the tartness of a great cherry lambic giving the feel of fresh tart cherries
M: Smooth and slightly oily really really easy to drink
O: Truely one for the books this was worth every penny I wish it could have been taken home in growler form and enjoyed for several more days. If anyone ever figures out a clone for this one hook me up!
