When will I find a beer that sucks.
Picked this up in a variety pack in Quebec.
Light golden colour-see thru actually.
Definitely can smell the citrus-lemon is the most pungent. I would guess grapefruit next.
The pour had a slight head-this vanished fairly quickly.
Taste is very nice/warm. This would be a beer to have after mowing the lawn on a hot summer day. Who am I kidding-screw mowing the lawn-beer tasting is more important than showing off to the neighbours that you can cut grass.

---Guest review by my brother---
Appearance - poured into a nonic pint glass, the beer showed a light golden amber color and nice persistent head. Nice lacing while drinking.

Smell - Smells strongly of what I can only call 'weed smell.' Earthy smell with some grass and pine scents.

Taste - Starts with a wheat-like flavor that quickly changes to that 'weed hop' earthy taste finishing off pretty quickly with some flowery notes. Has a sort of 'echo' of the wheat flavor after the finish.

Mouthfeel - The beer is pretty light carbonated and medium-light bodied. Mouth feel is great, doesn't have that particular feeling hops can leave on your tongue that turns many off of IPAs.

Overall it's a very refreshing beer. Light and crisp this is a beer that could quell a summer thirst with a taste that doesn't bore after a bottle or two.

Pours a clear copperish orange, finger of loose head

Smell is cantaloupe, mango, tangerine, earthy rind, bready malt, melon, a bit of a deeper pine note

Taste is pretty big for a session IPA, orange, mango, pineapple, a ton of melon, cantaloupe and honeydew are the first that come to mind, a bit of sweet bready malt, a nice piney bitterness finishes it off

Mouthfeel is medium light, dry and well carbonated

Well this is the best of the Session IPAs I have had, grabbed a single but will certainly go back for a 6er of this.

If you are familiar with Toppling Goliath X Hops series, this tastes almost exactly like the orange to me, just a tad weaker but it is also lighter on the alcohol.

Very impressed

looks golden. bright yellow. nice carb. feathery head. lingers around a while.
nose of bready hoppyness. very fresh. hops are very bright.
taste is a perfect bitter and zesty hop sharpness.
very very drinkable, I'd say its one of the best session IPA I've had
as far as mouthfeel and overall session ability. isn't resinous but
still has a great hoppy flavour, without the dry bitter mouthfeel.
refreshing and goes down very easy. was expecting this to be a bit more
intense on the hop side of things having has a few other IPA offerings from
goose island, I had expected it to be darker amber colour and a lot more hops.
but its a pleasant surprise in a session version of the more heavy duty IPA's they offer.
I hope this goes into full production as I enjoy it a great deal more. not to say that the other
IPA I've had from this brewer has been bad in any way, because its been amazing.
just not as good for a session beer as this one is.

overall this is something I would buy again defiantly, hopefully this limited run of cans
doesn't sell out quickly, I must stockpile more of this. *off to beer store*

L: Good, long lasting head. Clear golden color.

S: AMAZING! Ligh malt, fresh green hop with a nice strong and sweet grapefruit aroma.

T: Very light and refreshing. Fortunatly, the grapefruit does'nt taste as strong as it smells. Its a little sugary, but the non-fermentables dont take the stage from the subtle aroma of the hop. There is also a nice mango taste to round everything up.

F: Good carbonation that goes well with the citrus taste. Leaves a nice bitternes, but no dry mouth.

Overall: Definitely my Go-To IPA this summer. It could be a very good introduction for anyone who would like to introducte their palate to IPA's.

On-tap 11/14/2014 at Doherty’s Ale House, in Warwick, RI served in a tapered pint glass.

A: The beer is a deep gold color, with a large white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.

S: The aroma contains fruity citrus, piney hops and light caramelized malts.

T: The taste starts out sweet with flavors of caramel and citrus. Then a strong grassy hops bitterness comes in. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and creates a very good balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet and slightly hoppy.

M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.

O: Very tasty, goes down quite easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, this is a very nice IPA to pound down for a long time.

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a tall pint glass. Bottled on date of March 14, 2014.

Appearance: Pours a bright and clear golden orange with a moderate amount of bubbles. Big three finger white head that slowly fades into a thin creamy layer. Lots of lacing.

Smell: A ripe, juicy, and piney hop forward aroma with big hints of citrus and pine. Upfront earthy and herbal hops with hints of pine resin and grass. Citrus hop hints of orange, grapefruit, and lemon. Soft malt background with hints of grains, cracker, wheat, and yeast. Very hop forward and piney. Pretty solid scent.

Taste: Like it smells, a piney, ripe, and juicy hop dominated taste with big notes of pine, grass, and orange. Big taste of earthy and herbal hops with upfront notes of pine resin and wet grass. Citrus hop presence with some notes of orange, lemon, and grapefruit. Backing presence of soft pale malt with notes of cracker, grains, wheat, and yeast. Very forward with the hops. Nicely drying. A pretty solid taste.

Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Juicy, drying, and somewhat oily. Pretty smooth.

Overall: A pretty solid session IPA. Good piney and grassy notes with a smooth and clean body.

Bottled April 27, 2014

Pours a nice creamy fizzy 1 finger head that fades semi slowly, nice lacing, mostly clear golden honey pilsner colored, many streaming bubbles.

Nose brings big musty resinous hops, grassy wet hop like aroma with hop oils and slightly piney resin, a nice dank hop with floral mild grassy spicy hops, and touch of a passion fruit guava like tropical fruit, faint malts underneath.

Trade brings more dank resinous hops, very musty fresh wet hop like, piney and floral, grassy and just a touch spicy. In the background the hops bring mild tropical notes again, the musty passion fruit guava like fruits, and a touch of a general fruity bubblegum. Mild sweet toasted malt underneath. Finish is dry and fairly bitter, nice long lingering bitterness with more dank spicy piney resinous hop flavours and mild hop oils lingering.

Mouth is med bod, nice fluffy effervescent carb.

Overall pretty nice. Nice hop profile, enough malt to back up the hops without getting in the way. definitely tasty and sessionable.

I think this beer is criminally underrated. As far as single hop beers go, it is one of my favorites and every bit as good as a Hill Farmstead Citra. They used Amarillo hops masterfully well and balanced the malt profile with the hops perfectly. This is a great session beer and the flavor never gets boring. Great summer beer and unfortunately, it's a limited edition so I suggest going out and buying some because if i get there before you do, there won't be any left

Bottle poured into a pint glass.

Very small amount of white/slightly off white head which did linger as a small amount around the edge of the top of the beer in the glass. Clear golden color which allowed for sight through the glass.

Scent is lightly hoppy/citrus with a very minor amount of malt in the background.

Light Citrus flavor, possibly grapefruit and orange. Very easy on the tongue and leaves a slight bitter aftertaste which fades quickly.

This is light for an IPA and is very close to a session beer. If this is around in the summer it will be on my short list for day to day drinking!

Drinking this on 4/19 with a brewed on date of March 14 (so about 4-5 weeks old).

Very light and clear orange with lots of carbonation. Head grows over first couple of minutes from 1 to 2.5 finger head. Retains very well.

Smells very fresh and dank and fruity.

Taste is very refreshing, light, watery to some degree yet some light to moderate citrusy hop flavor is there. Some slight lingering bitterness in finish as it was cold but as the beer warmed slightly the bitterness in finish diminished some.

Mouthfeel - Watery, but for a session IPA that is pretty much the expectation.

Overall - This beer did good. Had it after spending 2 hours doing yard work so it went down fast and tasty. This is a decent session IPA but I've had a few others lately that I may have liked a little more. Depending on freshness and the competition on the store shelves I would buy this again.

Light gold, ultra clear, and a nice head, and sheety-stringy lace on the glass once the heads fades. Aroma is perky. Dank, green, and fruity... Tropical melon, zesty pine resin, leafy (both green and decomposing), and rooty tea. This has a bit of a dark tropical thing going on. Taste is evenly sweet and bitter, brisk, spicy, tropical fruity, no citrus, and something earthy and slightly coniferous. Interesting and tasty. Super dank.... Mouthfeel is slick, smooth, sweet, and resiny. Light easy drinking body.

All around I like it. Its different, interesting, and pleasant with a lot of flavors and good balance.

A- Pours medium gold in color and completely translucent in body. About a 3 finger head forms and retains and laces very well.

S- Hops right up front, but not too bitter, more of a spicy, There is a hint of light malt under the spicy hoppiness. Overall, the scent is very floral and spicy on the hop front.

T- Starts off with some mild hops bitterness intermingling with the same spiciness from the scent. Light malt underneath the spiciness and hoppiness throughout the drink. Hops bitterness returns a little at the end for an ending bite.

M- Smooth and easy drinking all the way through the drink. This is a session IPA through and through and delivers a small hop punch without the alcohol or overpowering bitterness.

Overall, this is a very quality session IPA. Good hops bitterness and an interesting spicy hop flavor as well make for a somewhat unique and easy drinking beer.

The Endless IPA is decent easy drinking beer. The beer poured a golden clear with fizzy white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent carries fresh hops that are slightly bitter with pine zeal. The taste is evenly balanced for an IPA...decent malt base but enough hops to give it some bitterness and bite. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall...definitely tasty and definitely sessionable.

Great looking, clear and golden-tan with lots of rising bubbles, a monster head that didn't want to go away at all, and plenty of lace.

Aroma and flavor are a bit on the different side, like maybe they were shooting for a little dank in their hops, which I do detect. Earthy and floral notes accent a good citrusy component and a decent malt background noise. A bit more orange comes through in the finish.

Body medium, carbonation smooth and medium, overall very enjoyable and different. A bit more like a pale ale, but no problems there.

The IPA category is too broad and needs to be broken up into about 3 sub-categories. This just isn't the same style as the extreme west-coast IPAs or several others I can think of.

A - Nice clear yellow gold with just shy of two fingers of white soapy head, a nice fine wall of lacing.
S - Fresh cut grass, cracker malt, key limes, some piney dankness, orange juice. Its all there, but isnt pungent.
T - Follows through on taste, light grass, very floral, nice cracker malt base, citrus juice, a little sweetness hiddent. Maybe a little pear in here too. Very nice.
M - Super clean and bright, really refreshing.
O - Awesome session IPA, probly one of the best things I've had from Goose Island in recent times.

I've been drinking this beer for a couple years. Bottle and draft at my home pub. The look of this beer doesn't do it justice as it poors light in color. Taste is a different story. Great alone and with food. Medium hop but a strong finish. Caramel and coffee notes. Goose puts out great beers..this is one of their great everyday ones...

Light yellow color with a head that trails easily. The smell was full of citrus and floral notes from the hops and made me excited to try. The taste was my favorite part by far because I got all those great hop notes, but underneath all the bitterness from the hops was a toasted caramel flavor that kept the beer balanced and very delicious. Would highly recommend.

Fresh and fruity hop character on this one, esp. in the taste. Finely bittered without excess with pleasing bittering flavor and long lingering.
Golden to amber in color quite clear and nice firm white head. Lighter feel with ample carbonation leaving a filling feel.
The smaller size does impact feel and malt character, but this is nicely drinkable and still holding an IPA quality. Good for warmer season.

S-hops is light but there with a lemon citrus aroma, and yeasty
T-at first the malt mixed with citrus hits you then you get the hops that stays with you for a while
M- light body and medium carbonation
O- It seems more like an Pale Ale instead of a IPA, but was very drinkable and good

Pours an effervescent gold with a pinky of pearl white head. Very nice head retention & lacing

S: Floral notes & hay

T: Grassyness, hay, floral notes & a light touch of lemony hops, A little bit of what tang, grassy & floral hops as this warms. Finishes with flinty dryness, grassyness & a touch of orange peel

MF: Medium bodied, fairly firm carbonation, & nice balance

Drinks very easy, I would buy it again as a summer time tipple if fresh. At least GI is very up front about freshness dating

Poured into a shaker. Nice head that falls to a thin film that hangs around.

Aroma is nice - grapefruit, tangerine, and pot. Crisp, bright nose.

Flavor equals that crispness, as well as the aroma. It's quite citrusy, clean, not oily, and ends with that dankness. Malt takes the night off here. You can sort of tell it was there at one time, like lingering cologne, but that's it. Otherwise this is all about the hops, and the particular combination works well.

Mouthfeel has just the right amount if heft. Not overly carbonated or spritzy, so the lighter mouthfeel keeps it drinkable.

Overall, not bad at all. It isn't so bitter it takes the enamel off your teeth, but you still know it's an IPA. Goid brew for picnics, barbecues, or other outdoor spring activities.

This is a nice session IPA. Pours a nice light amber color with a good two finger head that has decent retention. This beer has a nice mild to moderate level of hop bitterness with a very distinct hoppy aroma and hop flavor that make this a very pleasant beer to enjoy. Being a session IPA it is not going to blow you away, but it meets its objective as a sessionable beer very well.

Give this a try if you have the chance.
