Bottled 8/12/16; drank 10/2/16 @ the Yarchives.
See-through dull orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice, noisy off-white head; frothy lace.
White grape, melon & mild yeast notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
White grape & cantaloupe flavors up front; mildly dry yeast notes on the finish.
Effervescent & enjoyable; this would have SLAYED in the summer. A bit dry, but I like it.

Pours orange gold. Foamy, short, white head that fades fast.
Smells tart grape, light grassy, fruit, yeast, malt.
Tastes light tart grape, fruit hints, yeast, light malt. Finish is dry with light citrus and grape linger. Light body and fizzy medium carbonation.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 8/12/2016. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy medium golden amber/light orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lightly tart lemon, melon, peach, pear, apple, white grape, wheat, cracker, lightly toasted bread, hay, grass, herbal, light pepper/funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast and light-moderate pale malt/earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of lightly tart lemon, melon, peach, pear, apple, white grape, wheat, cracker, lightly toasted bread, hay, grass, herbal, pepper, light funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal/spicy bitterness and light fruity/lactic tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of tart lemon, melon, peach, pear, apple, white grape, wheat, cracker, lightly toasted bread, hay, herbal, pepper, light funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast and light-moderate pale malt/earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitter/tartness balance, and zero puckering flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from bitter/tartness and carbonation, increasing through the glass. Medium-high carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, crisp, fairly acidic/grainy, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4%. Overall this is a very nice session sour. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast and light-moderate pale malt/earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering. Very flavorful for the low ABV.

It pours a relatively dark orange-ish amber, fairly clear, and with a good head. The smell is somewhat metallicy and overall not very impressive but that's often the case with wild ales. The taste is tart, with a late bitterness and a hint of nice funk. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.
