Chicago 2/5/16 ($7 6 Oz draft pour into snifter at Goose Island Tap Room). Dark brown cloudy pour, minimal carbonation or lacing. Very pleasant butterscotch / wine mix, and excellent mirroring taste. Medium texture, nice and smooth going down. Overall great tasting offering, nice desert beer or to cap off an evening.

At GI Taproom with my bro Brian earlier today. Classic English Barleywine which gets better when you allow it to warm. Butterscotch influence is lovely and the high ABV is very deceptive, a quite drinkable English Barleywine.
