It’s 7%, but totally crushable — it’s not quite like any other IPA you’ve had. Big, bracing, piney hop flavors meet a tropical bouquet of Nugget, Citra, and Mosaic hops. There’s a balanced bitterness that blends seamlessly into the light to medium body. Sip it or rip it. We're not your mom.

Had this on 2019-10-18 at Chicago Ohare at the brew pub on tap

A - Clear gold with a 1-finger white head and good lace

S - tropical. Light malt and pine. Slightly dank.

T - Orange, pineapple, pine, cracker. Earthy and grassy spice. Nicely bitter.

M - Medium body and carbonation. Dry.

O - Well done. Tropical without giving away the piney bitterness. Not much malt and no caramel so it's a new school West Coast IPA. I like it.

Poured from a 19.2 oz. can. Has a golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of tropical fruits, light pine. Taste is pine, citrus, malts, mild to moderate bitterness. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a refreshing and decent beer.

Look: clear and golden. Long lasting large white head. A lot of carbonation bubbles coming up from the bottom.

Smell: citrus fruits with piney notes. Smells a little artificial but not bad.

Taste: much stronger pine and bitter hop notes than the aroma. The citrus is less dominant but still there. Abv masked well this goes down well.

Feel: medium to heavy feel, a sturdy beer. Quite a bit of carbonation that adds depth to the beer.

Overall: pretty solid overall, seems like a run of the mill ipa that offers a lot of abv for the dollar. I’m not much of an ipa guy but it’s on par with most other ipas I’ve had. Probably won’t get again but not opposed to possibly trying again. I might appreciate it more in season.

Better and drier than Goose. Looks nice, good head, smells great.
Nice body and feel and abv is well hidden. Much better than The Goose, but still not a top tier ipa.
Great cheap crusher

Pours a clear straw color with a good white head which lingers. Some pine on the nose, but nothing else that’s noteworthy. Taste is of almond, pine and hops without much bitterness. Meh
