Clear, golden body; fair carbonation: good head, rings of foam and sheeting in the glass. Soft pine nose with some mild esters. Clean taste; light malt presence; moderate hop bitterness. Light to medium mouthfeel; crisp.

Nice and refreshing India pale ale.

Good clean beer. Typical citrus nose and taste. Little bitty head with a good lacing. Very drinkable and could be easily chugged, so be cautious. You have been warned.

I got a 6pck of cans of this beer from my local meijer store. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent had citrus fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with mellow citrus fruit flavor. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

Pours a bright & effervescent gold with 3 fingers of ivory colored head. Above average head retention & great lacing

S: Guava & passion fruit, fades as it warms

T: Follows the nose, some green melon as well, fairly dry as well up front. Some grassy notes, along with lime, & guava once warm. Finishes dry with guava, passion fruit & lime, some grassyness

MF: Medium body, delicate carbonation, good balance

Easy to drink, not next level, but I would buy a sixer of this if fresh

I liked it. Smooth, crushable, not a bitter IPA. Not one of those who taste leather or smells bumble farts in it. Just a smooth high abv beer that I would definitely buy again. Like next coast but this is my new goose favorite.

Poured into pint glass: color is very light straw, transparent and super clear, head is bright white and presents less than 1 finger thick and then dissipates to a thin top and light ring along glass sides.

Smell is earthy, piney hops, noted woodsy character described by others, malt is light and more sweet like a lager base.

Taste is similar with earthy, piney, woodsy hops, more tropical notes with some berry sweetness, limited malt but coming through as a sweeter lager like base.

Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness.

Overall a quite crisp, bright, hoppy ipa with a lighter malt base that is sweeter like a lager.

On tap.

Clear golden color. White head. Lace.

Just a solid east drinking west coast ipa. This is what ipa used to taste like. Floral, earthy, piney, and some dank notes. Good stuff.

Notes via stream of consciousness: So what is this? The label reads "INDIA PALE ALE" and 7.0% ALC./VOL." but nothing else about style. It's poured a clear yellow-gold body beneath a full head of slightly off-white foam so I'm guessing it's not a New England-style IPA. The aroma is quite fruity and I'm definitely smelling some Mosaic hops. It's also resinous, woody, and otherwise fruity with peach and tangerine. The flavor follows and I'm surprised just how woody, resinous, and piney it is because I though the fruitiness was at least balanced with that in the aroma if not stronger. I'm also finding apple, and I never did mention the berries from the Mosaic, and there's a bit of pineapple to it as well. The malt is basic and sweetish, and the bitterness is medium to firm giving it a mostly dry finish as the malt steadily fades. Interestingly I find the fruitiness lingering but not the woodiness and pine/resin that I got upfront in the flavor. Maybe that's just me; everyone tastes things just a little bit differently. The head has dropped but I still have a thin but solid surface covering, and the lacing is adequate. It's medium bodied and gently crisp. So what else to say about this then? I like it. It's slightly different in the hop character. It's certainly easy to drink if you want to have more than one, or a few. I guess I'll call it a solid go-to IPA that's a little more malty, less bitter, and fruity/woody than a lot of others.

Poured into a Nonic.

Pours light gold, crystal clear, with a white foamy head. Good retention and lacing. One of the lightest and clearest IPA's I've had in some time.

Aromas of tropical fruits, biscuit, and pine.

Pale malt sweetness on the tip of the tongue. Modest pineapple and mango meld with biscuity notes in midstream. Solid but not overwhelming pine and grassy hop flavors bring it home with some tingly booze and just a bit of metallic watery feel.

The brew is medium bodied, well carbonated, and finishes quickly and drying.

A check the boxes brew that straddles the IPA/DIPA line. A little hollow and watery.

Poured from a can. Straw in color with a white head and lacing. Smells of tropical fruit, mango, pineapple with hints of malt and biscuit. Flavor is very tropical with mango and pineapple showing up. Good IPA, I would get it again.

The nose was the only pleasant part of this beer. A pretty disappointing offering from NB. Too much pine, no balance with the hops, and literally no citrus that I got on the nose. This was not a good IPA.

Clear, gold-to-light-amber appearance with a large white head and a good amount of lacing. Some tropical fruit lingering in the aroma as the citrus evolves. Taste stay fruity and lightly resinous while keeping the bitterness in balance. Getting a hint of leather in the aftertaste. Medium bodied, decently carbonated mouthfeel.
