excellent selection of domestic micros and usual suspects from overseas. they recently took in a whole mess of dogfish head stuff that's tough to find, including 90 minute on tap and the seasonals.
they've got a nice tap station for growler fills.

employees are nice enough for a beverage center. sometimes the store is disorganized and tough to navigate.

Visited this place about two weeks ago.

Atmosphere - looks like a large warehouse inside where they have a mixture of craft/import beer, macros and sodas&soft drinks. There are about 5 aisles full of beer, also 3 full sized coolers full of beers also

selection - lots of good craft/import beers here, I had a hard time holding back here to tell the truth. Lots of local breweries such a Brooklyn, Southampton, Blue Point are represented here as well as some usual suspects Sam Adams, Chimay, Affligem, Schneider. Saw a couple of gems that I had to pull the trigger on as well such as FOunders Imperial stout and Mackeson's XXX stout. They also had 6 or 7 taps at their growler station.

Service - The woman at the front was friendly, asked if she could help, she was fairly knowledgeable and she even took down a special order for me (not sure if it will be filled, but a nice gesture nevertheless)

Overall - good place to get your craft/import fix, my only gripe is that some of their beer seemed to be overpriced and also there are no indications on the bottles or shelves in terms of pricing, you have to go up front to get the items rung up to get the price. I would go back here next time I am in LI

I was looking for a place that had a quality selection of micros. on the South shore around the Oceanside area in Nassau county. My father-in-law (who doesn't even drink beer) suggested this place, turned out to be a good tip.

Just before the first bridge on Atlantic Ave. heading east on the way from Freeport to Oceanside is T & L. There is an overwhelming selection of the various "usual players" stacked in the center of the store from the floor to the lights. In the back, however, are about six refrigerator doors of U.S. micros.

Various brands included: Anchor Steam & Anchor Porter, several Long Trail varieties, Flying Dog varieties, several Harpoon styles, full Saranac line up, Dog Fish Head, Ommegang, Brooklyn, Ithaca, etc. There were certainly more there that I forgot than what I remember. I will have to go back the next time I'm in town and get a look again.

As for the quality of beers present I would have to say that on the grand scale of micros. it was much better than average bordering on exceptional (at least in my experience for the area.)

The selection was very solid, all refridgerated and obviously there is a decent turn over because there were different beers there from the first night to the second (back to back days in store).

Service wasn't much to write home about. They were busy and I wasn't looking for help, so it was fine by me. Prices were moderate to high, about $7 to $8 a six pack before deposit (for average micros.)

If you are not looking to break the bank nor are you out for the beer quality selection of a life time this is a good place to find a few solid beers.
