12/27...pours medium copper, nice white head of foam. Very sticky. Pine and pepper nose. Citrus bite too. Resiny hoppy oil. Flavor malt, bitter sticks in the back. Smooth modest carbonation.

Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a crystal clear, caramel coloring, with a halo of filmy, white head. Nose of dank hops, subtle tropical fruits, and grass. Flavors are caramel sweet forward, with a blast of resinous and dank hops again. Smooth and big, with a spicy hops resin and bitter aftertaste. Smooth, slick finish. Big and nice.

Pours a clear, dark copper color. 1/2 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of sweet malt, citrus hops, and a hint of yeast. Fits the style of an American Pale Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of citrus hops, floral hops, hint of pine, sweet malt, and slight alcohol. Overall, good appearance, body, and blend, but the aroma is very muted.
