Watery mouthfeel. Clovey type bitterness, maybe even medicinal. Could be a bad batch considering other reviews. Enjoying on 12/27/2014.

Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, caramel coloring, with a halo of white head. Nose of candied sugar, caramel, and not much else. Flavors are tangy sweet candy and caramel forward, with a subtle roast character throughout. Malty. Smooth bodied, with a candy sweet and roasted aftertaste. Cloying, lingering finish. This one just kind of floats around in the middle ground.

A light amber color, slight lacing, good carbonation.

S - Not much there. maybe some malt and slight citrus

T - Good hop bite on the tongue then swiftly moves to more of a subtle earthy hop finish

M - medium bodied, good carbonation, smooth and lite

O - An average pale ale. Not as malty or hoppy as I like but a good beer to toss back watching Sportscenter or whatever...

On tap at the tasting room.

A - hazy orange with a thin, white head that has good retention.

S - faint bread, grapefruit, pineapple

T - faint bread, faint citrus, very subdued flavors, mildly bitter finish

M - medium bodied, smooth, well carbonated

This is a decent, refreshing beer. The flavors are mild, but overall it's enjoyable.
