12oz brown bottle, sample from the brewery.

Pale golden color, nearly clear. Great looking suds. Citrusy hop nose, light biscuity yeasty tones underneath. Extremely smooth, moderate sized body. Mouthful of citrus zest and rind with grassy resin flavors from the hops, just enough malt action to keep it balanced. Very refreshing.

I admit I tend to drink lighter stuff here in the searing summer humidity here in NC even if begrudgingly.Pours a lightly hazed very light golden with a nice looking lacey half finger white head atop.A good amount of citrus in the nose along with some pine underneath, some dryer malt notes are in there as well.Sweet citrusy hops at the onset of the palate, with a malt backbones that's only mildly sweet giving off more of a biscuit note, more hops linger in the finish.Iam not a huge fan of the "session" IPA's but Iam not sure this is one, enough hops to make it interesting and enough malt to want more.

An above average American Pale Ale, but I wouldn't go out of my way to seek it out. It is a little malt forward for me. I need a little more hop punch. However, this beer is definitely a crushable example. Pound a few on gameday.

A light crisp white IPA that performs admirably as a summer seasonal to beat the heat.

From a can dated 6/5/16 (I think; it was a little smeared). Drank on 7/7/2016. Hazy brownish gold color. Nice but subdued hop-forward aroma. Taste has a decent blend and balance for the type but seemed a bit thin for a craft beer, especially for an IPA (versus simply pale ale).

A: Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with a finger of white head that fades into a frothy ring with a little lacing.

S: Sweet citrus on the nose with pineapples and oranges mostly. Melon and peach aromas also come through.

T: Citrus here as well, though more like orange rind and grapefruit. There is an earthy and piney hop flavor before a lightly bitter finish.

M: Body is on the lower side of moderate with medium carbonation; this beer is quite drinkable.

O: A good IPA, overall, and quite drinkable with a relatively low abv. It packs a lot of hop characteristics into an almost sessionable beer.

CANNED MAR/04/16

Solid hazy orange with a short head that shrinks to a ring. Floral, orange-y, spicy hop aromas over a little malty sweetness. Flavor is floral, citrusy, and tea-like. Smooth, crisp, and refreshing. Pleasant, easy drinking.
