Formerly Green Man Rambler Spring Ale
In the spring a beer drinker's fancy turns to thoughts of Pale Ale. We pay our respects to this celebrated style with a hybrid of legendary British malt and vibrant American hops. The dry hopped finish rejuvenates the taste buds and leaves your mouth feeling groovy. "...drink a thousand times. It's time to ramble on."

Fresh 12 oz bottle in SC.
Clear amber body that's topped by a creamy, durable off-white head. Excellent lacing.
Aroma: citrus and biscuits.
Flavor: more malt presence than expected but the hops eventually dominate the aftertaste.
Feel: soft medium+ carbonation and smooth, light body. Dry finish. Nice but a bit too thin.
Overall: a fine APA

From a 12oz bottle
It is a semi transparent, dark gold to reddish copper color. Big foamy, cream colored head.
It smells like biscuity caramel malts with some sharp floraly hops and a touch of citrus.
It tastes pretty malty, and like an English style pale. Very earthy. There is a zesty, orange-lemon-grapefruit citrus, some flower petals, and slightly bitter pine. The soft, light bread flavor comes back around. The lingering flavor is orange and grapefruit rind.
The body is light, crisp, and well carbonated. Finish is a little dry.
It reminds me of an old school, or English Pale. Very balanced. Reminiscent of SNPA for me.

Surprisingly dark golden brew, verging on a reddish amber. Pours a strong off-white head with very good retention and nice lacing. Beer is very active and nearly transparent.
Aroma is a balanced blend of grainy pale and caramel malts, and piney hops.
Flavor follows: despite the impression that a "dry hopped pale ale" might veer well into IPA territory, this brew stays firmly planted in APA territory. There's a prominent caramel malt backbone: grains, a touch of brown sugar, earth. Accompanying the malt is a wonderfully brisk hop bitterness, restrained in flavors to pine, leaves, and a bit of citrus peel.
Lively and well carbonated, this is a crisp, semi-dry ale that goes down pretty easily. Nice body with a slightly clingy hop oil finish.
Reminiscent of the classic SNPA, this is a nice take on a dry hopped pale ale. Light, relatively low ABV, and quite enjoyable.

Appearance - Pours clear orange color with thick foamy off white head, great lacing all around the glass.
Aroma - Very light floral citrus smell. Pine, orange peel, grapefruit.
Taste - Nice flavors, kind of has a green tea flavor, light floral, orange, grapefruit, slightly sweet caramel flavor and a touch of spice.
Feel - Medium bodied, not overly carbonated but just a touch higher a hint of dryness on the finish.
Overall - A really nice pale ale, good flavors the head never goes away well balanced.
