Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is an opaque, yellow color, with no head. Nose of subtle citrus sweetness, like a tangerine drink. Flavors are citrus tart forward, subtle salty notes, and tangy sour characteristics. Heavy palate, on a light, smooth body. Salty sweet aftertaste, on a smooth, lingering finish.

Had on tap. Bright golden body with a white cap. Smell has coriander, lavender and flowers mixed in with sour lemon and tangerine. Taste is a soapy version of this, great to smell, not so great to taste. Flavors are all there but the combo is tough to put a lot down, wanted more wheat to break it up. Feel is part of the issue, sour pucker is light and the saltiness adds to soap basic realm.

A: pours a murky tarnished gold with a finger of white head that fades into a frothy ring with little lacing.
S: clean, bready aromas dominate with notes of coriander and lemon. Simple, but nice.
T: a nice mix of heart bread, coriander, and tart fruit flavors dominates. There are some salt flavors before a dry, bready finish.
M: light body with medium carbonation, this beer is nicely dry and drinkable.
O: a good take on the style. Dry, tart, clean, and refreshing. I could put quite a few of these away.
