@ Green Man

100% Simcoe

Pretty damn black covered with a sticky, creamy head that leaves some plentiful lacing behind. Smells sprucy and green...dank hops all over some chocolaty roast. Resinous pine flavor and bittersweet chocolate and coffee malts. Medium-plus body with a nice, firm bitterness. This is a showcase for Simcoe. Lots of that "dark green" flavor, which happens to work well with the roastiness of the style.
