Sampled at the brewpub. Light copper color, carbonation and head were both missing from review sample. The nose is sweet, a hint of honey present, very light and quenching. Malty sweet and honey like flavor gives way to sweet long aftertaste. Made of 35% wheat malt, this is a nice quencher.

Served to me a dark, slightly murky copper with the remnants of a white head.

Smell is great: light citrus and grass aromas with heavy herbal notes, presumable from the honey. Complex and inviting.

Flavor is similar to the smell. There is a nice bitterness from the hops, with significant herbal notes from the honey. The honey doesn't add much sweetness, as this is a mostly bitter brew, but instead gives some complexity to the hops.

Pretty smooth mouthfeel, with medium carbonation.

Towards the end of the glass I started to get tired of the hrbal honey flavors, so I wouldn't say I could drink more than one of these at a time. Those 16 ounces were plenty good though. Give this a try.
