Served in a pint glass. Stout came on tap and appeared black and opaque in colour. Left creamy rungs in the glass. Smelled malty, roasty, and with hints of almond and licorice. No hop smell. The taste was pretty similar to the aroma; very roasty and mild. Slight malty sweetness, and no distinguishable hop or bitter taste. Smooth in flavour and mouthfeel with a lingering roastiness on the palate.

Would I buy this beer again? Maybe.
