Pours a nearly clear orange-yellow with a brief three finger head. Aroma is ripe apricot. Taste is very much apricot in the middle to end of the tongue. Mouthfeel is light and, well, light. If you're looking for a quick hit of light apricot, this might be your beer.

On-tap at Republic, Minneapolis, MN
A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of apricots are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of apricot flavors, although not quite as strong as the aroma. There are also hints of wheat.
O: This beer is packed with lots of aromas and flavors of apricots.
Serving type: on-tap

Had on tap. Golden orange body, white lacing on the glass. No nuance here: apricot and wheat in both smell and taste, and really why add anything else to muck up this beautiful pairing? Body is very light, highly drinkable, and smooth. Perfect for the hottest days

I had the pint canned version of the Fitger's Brewhouse Apricot Wheat, distributed under Duluth Brewhouse branding. According to the label, it is contract brewed at the Barley John's brewery in New Richmond, WI. The can clearly states "Fitgersbrewhouse.com".
Look has a 1/2 inch thick, white, bubbly, creamy head, leaving actual lacy-looking lacing as it recedes. Appearance is dark golden-amber, with the expected wheat haze, and visible carbonation. The aroma is all apricot. Nothing at all artificial... real apricot. Very nice. Mouth feel is thin, with a tartness to the feel. The refreshing tartness remains throughout. Taste is strongly apricot, with the hops applying a bitterness in the middle, finish, and aftertaste. The wheat/malts/bread is evident behind the apricot, giving a nice balance, keeping it from becoming too overburdened by the fruit. The finish is dry and lightly tart. Best consumed cold.

Really enjoyable fruit/vegetable beer. Didn't think I'd like it so much but its an easy drinker that I can have any time.

Apricot Wheat pours a hazy yellow color, with a small head. Weak aroma, hints of apricot. Flavor is weak, nice creamy base, hints of apricot. Good feel, weak, but not overpowering. Overall, pretty decent, on the weaker side though.

On tap at the brewhouse. Pours a hazy/cloudy yellow with a creamy white ehad.
Nice aroma, apricot and sweet wheat, a bit of peach and a touch of funk.
Pretty tasty. Nice fruitiness with the apricot shining through nicely. A little bit of yeasty funk, bready wheat and a touch of lemon.
Mouthfeel seems a touch thin for a wheat beer but still nice and refreshing.
