Glass into Snifters
Look: Mostly clear yellow-orange color, pouring a light sheet for a head which quickly vanished
Smell: Fresh pineapple, touch lemon, floral note. Medium strength
taste: Tart pineapple mingling with a touch of oak and floral freshness. Finish has more pineapple and a touch of malt
Feel: Light-med body, moderate carbonation, crisp
Overall: Really good. Everything is there and playing a part

Good upland sour, best use of chamomile I’ve had in a beer.

Had poured from 500-ML bottle, stamped Batch No./Bottle Date "EE 18 JULY 2018," into Teku tulip 3.0.
A strange and wonderful beer. A typically very tart Upland sour which is almost forgot under the layers of chamomile, pineapple, and even lemon, and the citrusy feel and a finish that even reveals a bit of cracker malt base.

500ml bottle. Bottling date stamped on label is '17 OCT 2017'.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Fizzy white head that quickly dissipates. No lacing.
Aroma of pineapple and earthy herbs, along with the oak barrel.
Taste is tart, with flavors of pineapple, apple, and apricot. Slight oak barrel.
Medium mouth feel, with some puckering effect. Very good carbonation.
Tasty wild ale with a real blend of flavors; I like the fruit and flower blend. Not sour and funk is at a minimum.
