Wanted to include the collaboration partners Nogne O and Moylans, but the database doesn't seem to cater for it.
On tap at Jack Greene Hobart. Reveiwed from basic notes.
Dark chocolate capped by a sturdy cappucino head. Abates slowly, leaving a sticky raised curtain.
Lots of 'green' hops amidst a pungent collision of roast, savoury and dry toffee malts. Interesting hop aromas of jelly snakes, spearmint and marijuana. Pretty big nose.
More vegetal green hops. Marijuana, choc-orange, clean pine and an increasingly bracing tea-like bitterness.
Medium, slightly chewy body with moderate carbonation leading into a dry but ultimately satisfying bitterness.
Worthy collaboration. Plenty big and clearly hopped to the gills, but also plenty drinkable, making it very easy to return for another.
