Cask. Served in a pint glass a clear brown mahagony color with a thick light tan head. Light cereal and grains, light roast, and a touch of apple in the nose. Medium mouthfeel. Slight sweet start of both greean apple, light roast coffee, and a medium amount of bitterness that builds. Nice lace. Pretty tasty and easy drinking.

This is the base beer for MN Wildberry. It is unfruited.

Served with a finger of creamy thick head. Great retention. Good lace! Color is a dark brown mahogany.

Aroma: Sweet and malty. Caramel and faint chocolate. Has a cherry fruit flavor to it. Maybe some raisins. This beer is like nothing I have smelt.

Taste: It tastes somewhat fruity for being the non-fruited version of the wildberry. Raisins, molasses, cherries, caramel, and toffee all mix together in a weird concoction. Pretty malty.

Mouthfeel: Creamy and smooth. A bit of a sour touch to it. Very odd. Ends dry and malty.

Overall, at the end of my pint I still couldn't figure out this beer. I had no idea what style it was or what style it was trying to be. It was unlike anything I have ever had. Very odd. Kind of drinkable.
