Draft. Enjoyed at Town Hall Brewery. Another nice infusion beer! Poured into a small goblet a dark brown reddish color with a light tan head. I wouldn’t pick out blackberry specifically in the nose but you definitely pick out a fruit note in the nose. Sweet upfront notes with a little bitterness to it. Fruity. Medium mouthfeel. Really refreshing. No abv apparent. Would like better head retention. No lace.

This is a nice idea but it comes across tasting too much like a flavored malt beverage or a soda pop. It needs some sour, wild yeast, more hops or more roast to work well.

10 oz pour on draft into a snifter.
A- Dark red brown color, beige ring around the glass, ½ finger beige head, slight lacing.
S- The aroma is sweet, fruity aromas take over, blackberry, slight tartness, malt backbone.
T- Really tasty, sweet, blackberry, slight tartness, malty, really refreshing, one of the better tasting infusions town hall has made.
M- Light/medium mouthfeel, sweet, sticky, nice carbonation.
O- I liked this infusion, really enjoyable and refreshing, easy drinkability.

Served in a chalice.
Served with little head. Leaves a bit of splattered lace. Color is a murky chocolate bark brown with a bright copper hue to it.
Aroma: Fresh blackberries and fruit show the most. Not sweet, but not tarty. No hops really show. Just fruit and malts.
Taste: The blackberries show a lot more here. A little more sweet, but a touch of tartness shows. Malty. Caramel and oats.
Mouthfeel: Sweet, lightly tart, and refreshing. Lighter bodied with a medium amount of carbonation. Ends a bit malty.
Overall, this was a decent infusion, but it didn't stick out compared to others. Still very enjoyable and quite tasty. Easy drinking.
