Off white head with a little lace. Color is an orange hued gold.

Flavor profile: very hop forward for a pale ale. Very weedy but a little bit of fruit flavors. Maybe some melon. Light citrus. Bready malts. Light floral notes.

Mouthfeel: light bitterness. Medium bodied. Ends a little sticky.

Overall, classic town hall pale ale that is nice and hoppy. A nice mix of flavors.

The American version is much better than the earlier British. If the Masala Mama ever runs out, this is a nice backup.

Pint glass at the bar

A: light copper color with a half finger off-white head, crystal clear.
S: Hops, massive amount of citrus and pine hops, very American.
T: Very sharp bitterness, I don't usually taste "cat piss" in beers, but I think that some people would find that "flavor" here. A different malt profile from Masala Mama, more rounded and sweet, complements the hops very well.
M: Low level of carbonation that seems to open up the beer.
O: An excellent APA, it seems that the brewers threw financial caution to the wind with regards to hop usage, appears to be an amazing amount of late additions were used here. Great beer and <5% (according to the menu). Very recommended.

Orange color with blond hue. Light but distinctive malt body and a zesty citrus hop character. Grapefruit, orange, mango notes coming through. A pleasing and clean finish that's dry and not bitter.
