Poured On tap into a snifter.
Pours a dark black with a mocha foam, nice lacing after sipping, 1mm head resting at a murky surface.
Smells of barley, stron chocolate and cherry smell, wow!
Starts with a chocolate flavor, the. Holy cow! Tons of cherry finish! It's like biting into a gusher and having the explosive cherry flavor running around your mouth! Super sweet!
Medium body, lighter feeling, slightly coarse and dry feeling
A very nice desert beer. Something to end a fine dinner with, or chase some nice chocolates. Truely good, but not something I could have more than one of given the sweetness. A very good beer!
