Market Street's Baltic Porter has a black body and dark brown head that is about a finger and a half tall. The head retention is pretty good, and some nice lacing stays behind.

The aroma is all roast and black malt.

Roasted malts dominate this one, with a good helping of black malts. Chocolate and some caramel full out the flavor. This one is fairly one-dimensional because it leans so heavily on roasted flavors, but it tastes pretty good.

The body is a little thinner than I would expect, but it is good enough.

Not a bad beer, it was nice to try something from the only brewpub in Corning.
