A sweet milk stout with all the malt characteristics you love but with a bold, unique twist- this beer tastes like a glass full of blueberry pancakes smothered in maple syrup.

My only complaint is that it seems to be a bit heavier than a usual stout, but that is not a big deal. Solid sweet taste of blueberry syrup.

Can. Deepest auburn with a light tan sudsy head.
A strong candied aroma of the fruit and syrup. Some caramel and toasted bread.
A very sweet flavour reflecting the smell.
Medium body. Low carbonation.
Overly saccharine for my palate although I enjoyed the blueberry.

Still new to the beer scene!

In ways of looks, not particularly special. Super dark, as it should be
For smell: almost roasted or toasty, dark and warm. Very much smells of fruit and blueberry, much like a good blueberry tea I've had.
Tastes a little fruity, again dark and warm. The fruitiness is definitely of berry type, though picking it out as a blueberry is tough for me. It has a sweeter side to it, but not like other milk stouts I've had.
It has a fairly smooth and milky feel to it, comparable to other milk stouts I've had

Overall, not too bad. I'm not sure if I'd actively seek this out again, but it was fun to try and I'm not disappointed with it.

Poured from 12-ounce can into a tulip glass. Pitch black, with a two-finger tan head. Good retention, great lacing. Roasted malt-forward on the nose and palate, with a fruity undertone. The signature flavors of maple and blueberry aren't quite making it to the fore. It's also supposed to be sweet, but there isn't much of that either. Lots of char and sour fruit cling to the palate on the finish. Overall, this doesn't live up to the promise. As always, YMMV.

(12 oz can; purchased cold single and drank on site at Pinocchio's, having it poured into a tall tulip... review copied from notes taken on my phone)

all that (blueberry, maple, stout) on the nose... much berry on the palate, start to finish; maybe some bourbon(?) on the tongue... malty and roasty at the perfect moderate level... bit of (black) licorice in the aftertaste; chocolaty over time... medium-ish bodied... roast nears embery... surprisingly excellent; gimmicky, but tasty as hell

what I can add from memory: it didn't pour with much head... the flavorings (especially the blueberry) were bold but somehow short of articifical-tasting... the body approached thick at the bottom and had a lovely slick roundness... I was surprised, sip after sip, how much I was enjoying it (2059)

I say this in the best way possible… This is one of those once every several weeks kind of beers… on the nose the blueberry is subtle but the maple, coffee and malt notes really come through. On the taste, the it’s like breakfast in a glass. Dark roast black coffee with rich maple syrup, ripe sweet blueberry, and the bready malts round out the blueberry pancake special. A very occasional beer for me. But really tasty nonetheless. Great after a nice meal.

Finally got to try this; it's been looking at me from the shelves for over a year and I finally gave it a shot.
Poured very dark brown, nearly black, with a light brown pencil thick head that leaves reasonable lacing. Looks great!
Aroma is mild for me, but that's the norm. What I do get is sweet, probably blueberry and maple, hard for me to be certain. But pleasant.
The taste is impressively balanced as you can still taste the base stout but blueberry and maple sweetness are definitely present. Tasty!
The feel is actually a tiny bit more viscous than expected. For a 6% stout, I was pleasantly surprised.
OA, I think I'll get a 6 pack, this is pretty well done and for the price it's a no-brainer.

( 12 oz. can poured into a pint, rated within the style )

L: very dark brown but translucent. One finger head that dosnet last long, tan in color.

S: Blueberry mostly, and sweet brown bread crust, sweet maple throughout

T: chocolate blueberry up front with slight maple flavor throughout not much bitterness at all very light carbonation. Honestly, tastes like blueberry pancakes.

F: Very creamy, very smooth, not offensive at all. Little carbonation

O: Delicious brew from Michigan i would buy again and for the price, definitely a great low abv dessert stout

I do wish this was more stouty or malty I suppose. I guess what I mean is I think it could be more balanced but im really impressed with adjuncts tasting as good as they do. Believe it or not some places DO NOT get blueberry or cherry right, its often times bad natural or bad artificial taste but this is honestly pretty solid. Saying it reminds me most of the Blueberry Eggo is probably a red flag to some but a green to others

Poured a black body with minimal head and no lace. Aroma is akin to a mild blueberry juice if that makes sense. Thin-bodied beer with some blueberry notes but not much in terms of maple. It is not a bad beer but not really impactful and not worth seeking out in my opinion.
