On Nitro draught. A dark brown pour with a substantial tan head that fades, fairly decent lacing initially.
Creamy, well caramelized malt, semisweet chocolate, nibs, vanilla, molasses come to mind. A fruity hint of strawberries is present, and an underlying earthiness, a slight calcium chalkiness.
A smooth and slightly bitter finish that is enjoyable.

Another brew from a Saugatuck Variety Pack.
Pours a very dark, deep opaque black color. A quickly dissipating head on the initial pour.
A slightly chocolate strawberry aroma.
A good tasting beer. It is reminiscent of a chocolate, strawberry and vanilla ice cream, hence the name. Slightly sweet with mildly bitter aftertaste.
Medium consistency, mild carbonation.
Overall, a nice brew. Another good beer from this variety pack of stouts...cheers!

Nice head that dissipates quickly. Sweet taste. Really does taste like neopollitan ice cream. Strawberry part is is a Little off. Chocolate and vanilla flavors are solid. Really good dessert beer

Opaque dark cola color with a minimal tan head.
The aroma is roasted malt with notes of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry.
The taste is likewise, kind of like a neapolitan ice cream and beer float, a bit weird at first, but pleasant and it kind of grows on you as you procede.
The body is medium, moderate carbonation, smooth and very drinkable.
Altogether, this is a pretty decent brew, flavors are somewhat understated rather than overwhelming, enough to enjoy without becoming offensive, well done and worth a try.

12 oz can split with my wife, poured into a wine glass. Pours nearly pitch black with a medium tan head. Aroma and flavor feature dark roasted malt, milk chocolate, vanilla, and a hint of strawberry (more in the aroma than flavor). I wish they had really gone for the strawberry flavor more. Neapolitan isn't my favorite flavor profile, but it is what I was expecting given the beer name! At least they didn't give it excessive/unnecessary alcohol content. Smooth, medium-bodied mouthfeel. Overall it's tasty but not quite as interesting to drink as I had hoped.
