Taps a pale hazed lager with a 1 finger white cap that does not last (what is it with this brewer and lame caps?).

Mild aroma for a Pilsner. Light biscuit malts some faint floral spiciness.

Soft mouth feel, lightly mineral with dry cereal malting and proper balance in grassy bittering, Finish is clean and lightly dry.

Average but fresh and clean.

This is intended as a hoppy pilsner, but has disapointed although a 38 ibu for a pils. Saaz hops, a little reddish colour, lacey, caesar head. Weak mouthfeel, sweetish. Not too drinkable. Aggressive carbonation. No aroma. Had at the new brewpub in Niagara Falls.
