Beer bottle (75cl), tasted in 2004.

Appearance : organic beer, with white foam head ( not persistence).
Smell : Well malty note of citrus (lemon very present)
Taste & Mouthfeel : Fresh attack, the bitterness is felt then, finally fruity notes. Persistence in final with hoped notes.
Drinkability : a beer brewed in Brittany (but I do not like the heavy presence of lemon).
