A brown colour with a modest head of foam that doesn't hold very well. Smell of malt and caramel. The taste is quite dry with some sour notes. There is some caramel and some roast, but all in all i found the taste a bit weak for a bock. Flavours are not bad, but I'm missing some development here. Mouth feel is also too watery for my liking. Not a bad bock per se, but there are far better alternatives available.

I drunk this beer at the Emelisse.

A - A hazy brown beer with a nice off white head. No carbonation visible in the beautiful shaped Emelisse glass.

S - A sweet malty smell.

T - A little sweetness and malty like the smell gave away, so the beer can be called rather dry.

M - A nice complexity with medium carbonation. The finish is bitter, like an Emelisse beer should do.

O - Not really a bock fan, but this is good.
