This one is only on-tap at The Mole's Eye Cafe in Brattleboro, VT and brewed by Otter Creek especially for them. It's really just a slight variation of their Pale Ale.
AP: Orange amber color, almost totally clear with minimal activity and a scattered all-white head that dissipated to thin but constant sparse cap.
Nose: A fruity hop aroma hits you first then wheat and an earthy, herbal malted scent underneath. The sweet-fruity scent ivery pleasant.
Taste: Starts off with an Earthy, herbal hop that has sweet fruit flavors like strawberries and raspberries(Cascade hops) that pop out in a major way...it's this flavor that stands out most and finishes with a decent mellow malted backbone.
MF: This medium-bodied brew doesn't look very lively but it feels crisp and clean with a decent bite.
DA: This is the best The Mole's Eye has to offer, and for the style it's pretty dang good.

Served as a medium amber colored beer with moderate slightly off-white head.
Smell is firmly malty but with a substanial hop presence.
Taske is an extraordinarily enticing blend of malt and hops and is very thirst quenching.
Very nice taste retention.
Went well with our meal. Complimented it perfectly without intruding.
