Spicy, veyr spicy, I gound it a little interestng because of it, but, I am not so sure I can cathalogue it as an Irish red Ale, it was too spicy for it. The colour is great, although not exaclty red as others, but really interesting in flavor. The Chipinque is a hill were you can walk and treck with your family.

Tried this one that for one reason or another I have been neglecting for some time.

Pours a nice dark amber to red, with a good lasting 1 inch tan head and an almost stubborn lacing that goes down the glass as the ale vanishes.

Smell is malty and somehow sweet.

Taste is a well balanced mix of maltiness and hops.

Mouthfeel is buttery, almost creamy with a honey-like finish.

This ale is a nice sessión drink, that I will order again some time soon.
