Petty's is primarily a gourmet market that has a decent selection of wines and some decent beer. Petty's is a good place to pick up a sixer of microbrew if you are in the neighborhood. They usually have a decent, but not outstanding selection. Today they had some Full Sail beers, some Avery, Dogfish Head, Paulaner, and a decent selection of micros and some imports. Not really a destination for beer lovers, but a decent local store that has good food and a decent selection of micros if you are in the area.

This is, first and formost, a butcher shop and gourmet food store. You can find some of the best looking meat in town here. It does have a big shelf of microbrewed beer, as well. (yay!) In my experiences here I've found Shipyards, Dogfishheads, Old Thumper, Old Speckled Hen, Deliruim Tremens, Colorado Brewing Company and all sorts of beers you're hard-pressed to find in Brevard County. The manager is quite knowledgable about his beers.
I'm away from Brevard for the next year. I'd love to hear updates on Petty's selection!
