A: 1/8" cream head over cloudy bronze coloured liquid.

S: Muted scent of yeast and candy sugar.

T: Banana, pepper, candy sugar, alcohol, yeast and grassy hops.

M: Medium viscosity and a medium to high level of fizzy carbonation.

O: Drinkable and complex, I am appreciating how British Columbian brewers are making more Belgian style beers.

A: Poured with 2 fingers of head that settled to a thin toping of fluctuating bubbles. Steady streams of carbonation raise through a clear apricot brew.

S: Sweet candy with hints of fried sweet banana and stewed apple with a late notes of creamy butter.

T: Much less sweet than the smell, but with lots of yeasty bread taste and some notes of bitter orange. Crisp and clean like a good cider but with a malty base flavour that balances out the crispness.

M: Overall the feel is initially crisp and clean, but the active carbonation foam develops and creamy champagne style drink. I don't know how to categorize this except to say, enjoy the bubble.

O: I would definitely drink this again because of this little spot in my heart that melts for Belgian beer and champagne.
