Appearance is a golden yellow, clear with a 1 finger head.
Aroma is grassy, citrus, wet hay, lemon, bready.
Flavor is all the same as aroma, massive lemon, grass, pine, perfectly bitter.
Mouthfeel is great, flavor doesn't linger.
Well balanced clean ale with all r qualities I enjoy.

look: 3.5 | smell: 3.75 | taste: 4 | feel: 3.75 | overall: 3.5

12 oz. bottle purchased at Cleveland Park Wine & Liquors Inc.., unknown bottling date, poured into my FFF Teku, drank 11/20-1/13 over an hour.

A: 2/3 - yellow-orange coloration, minimal clarity (can't see or read through), initial frothy white head dissipates into 1/2 finger glass lacing, moderate alcohol legs

S: 7/12 - admixture of fresh fruit and grassy/resiny notes, some caramel in the background, aroma certainly becomes more intense as beer warms

T: 15/20 - on the anterior tongue, there is a mild tropical fruit-like bitterness - think more mango and papaya; it the middle of the mouth, there's a mild-to-moderate caramel sweetness arises and continues throughout the remainder of the sip; 7+% ABV is barely detectable; finishes dry with minimal lingering sweetness; no gross flaws detectable

M: 3/5 - some hop oils coating the tongue, little alcohol presence in the mouthfeel, appropriate carbonation

O: 8/10 - I'm not crazy about harvest ales in general but this one is maybe the best of 2013; Foundererers, I'll see you in June 2014 143.
