A - Hazed golden, two finger thick white head that has good retention and lacing.

S - Citrus, with mango and grapefruit, and pine hops. Hints of honey, caramel sweetness.

T - Nice hop flavors again with the grapefruit lingering through the aftertaste. Caramel, bready malts provide a balancing sweetness.

M - Medium body, spot on carbonation makes a smooth creamy mouthfeel. Finish is mostly dry, but leaves some hop oils behind. Touch of booze.

D - I first had this when it was considered a APA, with a considerably lower abv. Seems like such a more refined brew since then, with such clean hops and a balanced sweetness.

Looking forward to this brew... I love wet hopped ales, so fresh

Appearance - this ale is awesome, great golden hue with carbonation that flows right up the middle forming a constant head, poured at a 2 inch head with great lacing - the perfect beer to look at

Smell - not getting the overall hops in the aroma that I would expect from the head that formed, but still picking up some of the cotta notes

Taste- so well balanced with citrus blended with a malt bill - zero alcohol hint at almost 8%

This beer is outstanding and one that will be enjoyed a lot more.

Pours a lovely copper with a quickly dissipating thin white head. Nose of tropical fruit, citrus, and pine with some bready malt notes. Outstanding aroma. Bitterness throughout the palate. Grapefruit and pine are nicely balanced by a sweet malt. Finishes dry and lemony. Very smooth. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, this is a well crafted wet hopped brew very much worth seeking out.

A: A Modest half finger head with mixed bubbles formed when poured into a founders tulip glass. The beer is a matte finish looking, murkey copper to marigold color very gradiant looking.

S: Grassy orange aroma come out when poured into the glass. When swirled, im getting a bright grapefruit and citrusy hop aroma. Only a slight bready malt nose comes through the interesting hop profile of this beer.

T: Orange marmalade with over rippened grapefruit hop bitterness is firm from the get go. A very smooth, round hop flavor in this beer as apposed to some realy harsh hop bombs this one is very interesting. There is some pine that comes through in the middle along with the malty toasty flavors. The aftertaste is all orange grapefruit and lightly lemon.

M: Moderate carbonation and body. A stickey resieny mouth feel is left after a few sips.

O: I love me some wet hopped beers, only available for a short time so I get em while i can. Founder's has a winner hear.
