Very light and tasty. Great beverage for the beach. The color is an icky Champale pink. The smell is sweet like a raspberry soda. The taste is SUPER sweet, but with enough bitterness to balance it without being nasty bitter.

I look forward to every spring and summer for this great brew. Founders consistently has some of the best beers around and this is another gem in their yearly hoard.

A fruit beer that has just enough tang and flavor to keep you coming back for more.

Holy smokes, this beer is tart. The flavor is all raspberry, and while refreshing on a hot day, it lends itself more to sipping than anything else on account of its intense flavor. That being said, I was glad I only bought a single bottle: one was most certainly enough for me.

Bottle poured into a Founders Brewing Co snifter

A: Pours vibrant ruby reddish pink with a frothy pink-ish white head that settles to a light layer and leaves some nice lacing.

S: Sweet juicy raspberry dominates, a little lactic tartness, and some light crackery malt.

T: Big sweet raspberry, countered with a little lactic tartness, tart cherry, faint very mild funk, a hint of citrus, and a little crackery malt.

M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, can feel a bit syrupy.

O: Maybe just a bit on the sweet side, but a very nice raspberry beer.

Could have used more carbonation, not one for raspberries

Brilliant magenta. Great look at
Funky sweet fruit, berry, slight grain
Berry. Not specifically raspberry, underlying grains very subtle
Lost me here. Almost no carbonation, syrupy almost heavy feel

As i drink it, its getting very sweet. A bad beer, no. But not for me. I would like more carbonation to break up that sugar, syrup thickness. Would be interesting on nitro.

Sweet berries and a creamy texture.

For what it is, this a very well executed beer. Looks beautiful, would of liked a tad bit more raspberry on the nose, the taste borders on a sour but then the middle and back end are all raspberry sweetness. I could drink plenty of these, very well done.

On tap rubaeus tastes like a light wheat beer with notes of cherry poured over whipped cream. A pink color with a thick white head that lingers make this an interesting brew, but it falls short of feeling like the intended flavor profile is achieved
