Could have used more carbonation, not one for raspberries

Brilliant magenta. Great look at
Funky sweet fruit, berry, slight grain
Berry. Not specifically raspberry, underlying grains very subtle
Lost me here. Almost no carbonation, syrupy almost heavy feel

As i drink it, its getting very sweet. A bad beer, no. But not for me. I would like more carbonation to break up that sugar, syrup thickness. Would be interesting on nitro.

For what it is, this a very well executed beer. Looks beautiful, would of liked a tad bit more raspberry on the nose, the taste borders on a sour but then the middle and back end are all raspberry sweetness. I could drink plenty of these, very well done.

On tap rubaeus tastes like a light wheat beer with notes of cherry poured over whipped cream. A pink color with a thick white head that lingers make this an interesting brew, but it falls short of feeling like the intended flavor profile is achieved

Beautiful red cherry color beer with a pink 2 finger head in my Sam Smith pint glass. Smell screams of rasberries. So nice and sweet. Extremely full bodied, sweet of the rasberries bot still nicely balanced with the hops to make it easily drinkable and not overly sweet and sickening. This is an exceptional fruit beer that is quite easily enjoyable by a wide range of people. I could see many non craft beer drinker appreciating this beer, and beer afficianodos also respecting how well crafted this one is.

Pinkish amber colored beer with a small pinkish white colored head.

Smells of raspberries and malt. Caramel and faint grassy hop scent. But mostly this smells of natural raspberries.

Starts out mildly sweet and tart with the taste of raspberry being the strongest flavor. Fruit tartness not vinegar sour. Mild bitterness but really mostly raspberry.

Mouthfeel is good.

Overall a superior Raspberry Ale.

Thoroughly enjoyed from the 12 oz bottle in a snifter. This nice ale pours a lightly chill hazed reddish amber with a moderate head of white foam that settles to a thick ting, light pool, and light lacing. Nose of raspberries and sweet malts....period. Flavors follow but exceed by flavor with rich raspberry notes on all sides, light honey, and light grassy herbal; hops on the rear and aftertaste. Very nice mouth feel, crisp, effervescent, and lively with a light warming aftertaste saturated in raspberries. Excellent for the style.

Cheers
