Yellow/gold with some haze. Decent head with some lace.

Good citric hop nose and some toasted malt. You get a hint of malty booze as well.

Nice hop forward with some lightly boozy malt. Some bread and malt mingling with citric rind bitterness. Nice bitter and malt finish.

Medium body with ok carbonation.

A decent imp. IPA. The alcohol is well hidden and is a punch in the head later.

This beer has a nice rich golden color body with just a small fizzy head that doesn't hang around long. The smell is full of citrus aroma with some pine notes coming through. The taste is the same as the smell citrus on the front of the tongue, with some malt and some bitterness on the back of the tongue. The mouth feel is great, a little bitter after taste on the back of the tongue. Overall i really like this beer and if you are a IPA fan, you must try it.

A - Pours a bright golden color with a nice head that fades to a thin layer. Pretty solid lacing.

S - Bright citrus aromas. Some pineapple notes. Very sweet malt aromas as well. Well-balanced between hops/malts for a DIPA.

T - Much like the nose - citrus/pineapple notes balance with sweet, caramel-esque malts. Nice taste, but not quite to the level of the big hitters in the DIPA category.

M - Medium bodied, nice finish. A little sticky and not as dry of a finish that a lot of DIPAs have.

O - Double Trouble is a very good, but not great DIPA. It falls just a little bit short in every category of greatness, but it is enjoyable and a good value.

Great golden clarity! Nice white foamy head too. No lacing.

Nice Fruity scents. Late hop addition did wonders! Grapefruit, mango, lemon. No off scents. Heavy bitter nose.

Nice smoothness, mild bitterness. Perfect carbonation too. Dry, wet, and thin. not as thick or creamy as I would like, but Very nice! Wonderful fruited flavors.

Great brew! Thanks Matt for sharing! Highly recommended, glad I could share this one with a friend!
