look: 4 | smell: 4.5 | taste: 4.5 | feel: 5 | overall: 4.5

A: nice, compact, 1/2" foam stand... deep, coppery amber - legs-y in glass... clear, until drop of sediment (dry hop?) falls in... lovely and inviting glow... doesn't hold head well (again, sediment?) - surprising - meager lace, though it holds a thin cap throughout

S: like it was hopped out the ass... subtle banana, mango, slight gingery spice - fruity-floral... perhaps some pineapple and caramel as well... certainly has some medicinal alcohol coming through... bright, punchy, spicy... real clear resin character, like taking a deep, quick whiff of a handful of hop cones

T: initial toasty-spicy hit, spiciness follows through, lingers in the warm rush of the finish... resiny finish with medium intensity of perhaps C 80-90... sort of a vague pancake and syrup aftertaste... the flavor and quality of the spiciness comes across like acidic ruby red grapefruit juice, washing out all else

M: kind of medium-bodied, kind of viscous, resiny... residual resins coat the mouth - the sharp zip of the hops balances that out well, appearing to dry things out... but it does leave the palate a tad slick... absolutely ideal flow for those who dig beers with some body

O: amazing, the color and dimension within what seems like a relatively straight-forward, simple recipe.... if this is in fact a single hop beer, what a schooling it is in the flavor of Centennial hops!... I recognize their taste now and won't soon forget it... not something I would drink all the time, but this is truly a fantastic hoppy ale... recommended!

A: 25% transparency with a small head on the poor. Unfiltered so makes it a cloudy light golden color.
S: A berry smell on the front with Grapefruit citrus and other strong citrus notes finishing
T: Grapefruit, some pine but not very much and just a really refreshing taste
M: Medium to Medium-heabvy with medium carbonation
O: Really, really fresh IPA that I could drink on any summer day
