355ml Bottle from Good Spirits Co, £2.80:
Medium amber with some darker copper patches. There is a thin lace on top for a head that has a slightly foamy appearance.

Pine & citrus hops kick things off along with a lot of caramel and some sweet malts. There is some mango and pinnapple giving the beer a slightly tropical aroma and I could detect some spice and a few earthy malts right at the end.

Caramel & some light, earthy malts to begin wtih along with the pine and citrus that featured in the aroma. There is some grapefruit and spice with some dry hops and bitterness too.

Smooth with a medium body and a well carbonated feel. The beer is a dry one with some citrus and a bit of spice coming before a bitter, pine hop finish.

More sweet and with more of a malty taste than I had been expecting but this was a nice beer. The beer had a good pine bitterness to it like you would expect from the style and plenty of spice too.

A – Pours a dark ruby copper, head is of course thin, but pale yellow in color and has okay retention and lacing.

S – Pretty muted, not much citrus, as to be expected with this particular hop. Quite bitter and astringent. Notes of pine and light bready malts. Comes across as an APA with a little more kick.

T – Bitterness abounds on this one, nice floral notes do come through here though, quite fresh and unique. Balance does come in the form of some light sweet malt notes towards the finish.

M – Quite smooth, though very crisp and bitter. Not overly heavy, this does again have a nice balance to it.

O – Nice approach to an IPA, the centennial hops show themselves well, nicely floral and bitter, not a whole lot of juicy citrus or resinous pine in this one, though it is a nice change of pace. A very drinkable and tasty beer for sure.
