Going through old tasting notes
A-8oz snifter pour. Nice honey hued body with a little bit of a white head. Leaves a slick and residue on top and on the edges of the glass.
S-A caramel shop perhaps? Huge amounts of sweet syrup and honey. Brandy forward but no real alcohol burn.
T-Delicious...unbelievable. Very sweet with the brandy aging imparting huge flavor into Red's Rye's cousin.
M-Very smooth, not a ton of carbonation. Easy drinker although the higher abv is hidden.
O-One of the better Founders beers I've ever had.
