From XXXII. In Teku glass. Watching Sons of Anarchy 7x06.Ugly and sour, with a thin watery body. Cant say I enjoyed it but at least it is not as unpleasant as a lambic

The colour is very pale yellow-peach (6 EBC?), the liquid is clear. Very low white head sinks quickly without leaving any lacing.
The light smell is sour with tart notes of lingonberries. General fruity flavours, some sour milk and a mild yet dense sweetness.
The taste is light and tart. Passing notes of lingonberries, lactose and salt (in the background). Unripe fruits and fruit candy. Light body. The aftertaste is short with tart fruits.
The carbonation is medium strong, the large bubbles short-lived. The liquid is light and a bit harsh.
This one is way too light. Odd, since I enjoyed the same beer on tap a few weeks ago.
