Poured to a BrewDog stemmed glass.

A: The body is almost crystalline on a yellow-ish coloration. The head is white but it's totally non-existent 30seconds after pouring. No retention nor lacing.
S: The aroma is very interesting. One can find mango, passionfruit and peach with a hint of lactose in the middle, like if you made a milkshake of it. Sounds weird right? But it's interesting.
T: Taste has a giant mango and peach tone followed by a minor passion fruit, almost vanished, aroma. After that, there's some saltiness to sourness in the lactose incoming from the lactobacillus yeast, giving it also some minor tartness which blends very well together with the main souring yeast. Very, very interesting and also very drinkable just as the other Dugges/Stillwater collab, Mango Mango Mango.
M: Body is low. Carbonation is also way over the top here, too much. Alcohol unnoticed. Dryness is medium to low. Tartness is also very low.
O: Another very drinkable session beer. Liking these guys so far.

Was picking up a few sourish style beers at bottle barron in Edinburgh while visiting, I was mostly getting canned stuff from to øl just for easy carrying/ drinking. Not looking for anything too expensive or complex just some refreshing and easy drinking brews. The guy working recommended this, i decided to get it even though it came in a bottle. I was not disappointed, and my wife who is a reluctant beer drinker absolutely loved it (now i have to find more) There is loads of tropical fruit flavours specifically peach and mango. Smells and taste a bit like capri sun without all the sweetness and sugar. it has a pale straw colour to it. This is a super refreshing and I could knock back a few of these on a warm day no problem.

Slightly hazy pale yellow color with no head. Aroma is really fruity an tropical. Mango, melon, papaya and sweet tangerines. Taste follows with the fruit notes but it's quite tart and really refreshing. Light bodied and dry with a good amount of carbonation. I really enjoyed all the beers from the "Tropic" series and this one follows the others. These are not impressive beers in any way, but they are refreshing and easy to drink, perfect for hot days.

The colour is cool pale yellow with a tint of green; the liquid is hazy. The finger thick white airy head sinks down leaving some lacing on the glass.

The smell is tart and fruity with distinct notes of peaces and passion fruits. There are some apricots, pineapples and pears, too. Some minerals and sweet floral notes, too, and a hint of dough.

The taste is first sour with minerals and a touch of lactose. Then, ripe and green fruits emerges with notes of passion fruit, mango, pineapple and apples/pears. Some notes of green tea and sour fruit drops. Light to medium body. The aftertaste got some wheat malt sourness, matured fruits, yoghurt/sour cream and a touch of lemon acid. The finish is rather short with a refreshing sourness.

The carbonation is strong, the many mid-sized bubbles are long-lived. The liquid is light and harsh.

A baby brother of the Dugges/Stillwater beer Tropic Thunder, and the resemble each other very much. Not bad at all.
