The colour is very pale straw-yellow, the liquid is clear. It is among the palest beers I have seen ever. The low white head disappears instantly with a fizzing sound.
The smell is sour-sweet with distinct notes of dough and unripe/green fruits. Some yoghurt in the background.
The taste is first very sour. Then, sweet notes of jasmine flowers pass. Some lime and green tea. Medium body. Lactose and yoghurt in the aftertaste as well as salty hints of matured cheese. Faint notes of unripe fruits and sour cream in the finish.
The carbonation is medium strong; the mid-sized bubbles long-lived and sharp. The liquid is smooth.
Yet another fruit-flavoured sour ale from Dugges. Not much Jasmine flavours in this one. More like yoghurt and sour cream.
