The colour is cool yellow, the liquid is a bit hazy. The low head disappears immediately.
The smell is tart and a bit sweet with fruity notes of (distinct) elderflowers, gooseberries and sour fruit candy.
The taste is very sour/tart with elderflowers, rose water and some malic acid. Light to medium body. The aftertaste is tart and fruity with green apples, fruit candy, elderflowers and some green tea. The finish is tart, almost harsh with some metallic flavours.
The carbonation is medium strong, the mid-sized bubbles short-lived and fresh. The liquid is dry and harsh.
One of the best Swedish Berliner wessbiers I have had: Very refreshing with summery balanced flavouring.

Not much of a Berliner, but a decent nondescript sour.

Pours a clear yellow with some fine, soapy foam.
Smell is all about the elderflower, with a slight hint of lemon ppping through.
Taste is again just a boatload of elderflower. Very refreshing and delicately sour.
Mouthfeel is thin with lively carbonation.
Overall, a great summer sour, if you like elderflower at least.
