Collaboration with Other Half Brewing Co.
Together with our friends at Other Half, NY, we’ve brewed this fully packed and spiced up big sour that is as easy as one two three: One beer. Two breweries. Three types of ginger… and a touch of lemon. Root!

-optically clear, amber tap pour with NO visible effervescence and a pronounced fresh ginger nose. The flavor is lightly tart; ginger and lemon dominate. The finish is dry. This is a unique brew and quite flavorful.

A: The beer is slightly hazy dark yellow in color and appears to be yellowish amber when viewed from afar. It has a light amount of visible carbonation that poured with a quarter finger high off light beige head that died down, leaving a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Strong aromas of ginger are present in the nose - these are so strong that you can smell the ginger up to about a foot away from the glass.
T: The taste follows the smell, but the ginger isn't nearly as prominent and there are notes of lemons.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: If you like ginger, this is definitely a beer you should try. I thought this was going to be one-dimensional from the smell but the taste was a little more complex due to the different types of ginger that were used along with the lemon.
