I got a can of this beer from the beer store just around the corner. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had beautiful citrus peel spice notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with tropical fruit peel presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned in 10/2019. Pours opaquely hazy golden amber, light orange/green color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8%. Overall this is an excellent NEDIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Nicely soft and not overly aggressive. Feels like Citra, Columbus, and Simcoe. Very vibrant, dank, earthy, and fairly juicy hops; with a nice sized oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected of the brewery.

16oz can served in a big snifter. I don't see a date on the can.

Pours hazy amber-yellow with a medium head and medium carbonation. Smell is bright fruity and fresh, lemon and orange and tropical.

Taste is a little darker. Still fruity, but earthier. Not so much lemon or citrus.

Mouthfeel is medium and effervescent. Overall, pretty good.

16 oz can from Tavour. Pours out like a glassful of grapefruit juice. Soft, filmy head. Aroma is subdued grapefruit peel. Taste strengthens the citrus peel notes, adding a nice bittersweet vibe. Feels and tastes juicy. Full bodied.

Collaborating with American govermental agencies and brewing teams aren't always easy. But if your the beer handlers of Dugges Ale, the the efforts are eventually worth it. Blending the two red hot beer styles of hazy IPA with imperial IPA and the results are as sunny as can be.

Delicatly silten and cast in a matte haze, the bright golden Sunshine Orchard builds a frothy cotton white cap before shining with citrus, tropical fruit and an broad herbal array. Sweet on the tongue, a light pastry flavor of fruit tarts and sherbet offer promises of tartness, succulence and sweetness as the first sip draws near.

As the beer invites the overcast of hop derived fruits over that of creamy cereal malts, the full fruit spectrum bursts to life with the citrusy brunt of white grapefruit, under ripened oranges, lemons and a pep of lime. Tropical with passionfruit, lychee and pineapple and a full taste of fruit cocktails are realized. Hints of dark berries and wine tease the late palate as a medium strong bitterness suggests matcha tea, botanical gin and fragrant woodsy fresh spruce.

Medium full in body the alcohol spice and peppery hp resin offer a sense of dryness, drinkability and refreshment despite allowing a vegetal spice of grass, stem and leaf to permeate the final taste. A long afterglow of fruit skins accompany the sprucy gin flavors for a crisp and succinct session overall.
