Great place! Incredible Micro selections...seasonals.. and great wines.
Staff is very helpful and knows their stuff!
Next to Circa... this is an Old Bank... converted to Beer and Wine shop. Very unique!

One of the best single bottle collections I have seen in the area... Bottle conditioned beers, Belgiums, Ciders, really different ones.

Be sure to track the seasonals... and ask the staff for library beers... they keep them in the vault downstairs .... and age them. They have good selection of Oak aged, and BW beers... but you have to ask... as many are limited... get to know the staff... they have lots of surprises..!

Riverside Liquors- 513 N High Bridge

Drove over to Circa for a beer or 2 but popped in here to see whats up. Large liquor store loaded with wine and spirits. several fridges along the back wall loaded with beer. It seemed all the top shelves were micros.
They carried;
Dogfish Head, Otter Creek, Smutty, Hacker P, Erdinger, Paulaner, Sly Fox, River Horse, Flying Fish, Long Trail, Brooklyn, Ommegang, Allagash, and several others I can't remember.

The woman working there was very helpful and pointed out the leaves stuck on the fridge glass indicated seasonal beers. Good idea.
Anyway, I walked away with a 6er of Sly Fox Phoenix Pale Ale for $7. Decent prices and a decent selection. I wouldn't expect to see new stuff arriving all the time but a decent solid selection of good beers regardless.

This place is lacking all of the basic micros. Nothing from Dogfish, Smutty, Stone, or any interesting imports. Bourbon Street or definitely Super Saver is better. Good layout, but that applies only to the wines. The building was a bank some time in the past. From what I hear they are very reluctyant to get some things in. When I first moved to the area four years ago they were good, but things have changed since then. I now go to Glen Gardner Liquors or Warren County Liquors. Beer selection here is not good at all; very 1999. PASS
